We just redesigned this web site for Metropolitan Window Cleaning which is also under the same management as Metropolitan Contracting Group, Inc. We made many improvements on the site including addition of custom local weather syndication, on-line estimate and appointment request forms and we converted the entire site into a dynamic web site. All updates to the site are a breeze from now on and are a huge cost saver for the company.

Challenge 1:
To create user-friendly online forms.
Solution 1:
The forms we created for Metropolitan Window Cleaning use ASP technology. We programmed friendly auto-responses that the user gets on the web site and by email. The site administrator also gets notices as users submit forms.
Challenge 2:
To create an on-line local weather syndication functionality.
Solution 2:
We were able to implement and customize an on-line 4-day weather forecast for a local area. When a visitor first clicks on the weather icon a 4-day forecast for NYC is displayed. It also allows users to enter their local zip code to get weather forecast for an area of their choice.
Challenge 3:
To create a graphical representation of various window types so that customers may easily identify their own windows.
Solution 3:
On the windows page we created a series of graphics representing various window types so that customers ordering window cleaning service can identify and easily count their windows. This aids in providing estimates without actually seeing the job prior to an appointment.
