Mission Orion is a web site about a mission to uncover the mysteries of Egypt and specifically the tomb and secrets of Cheops and the Great Pyramid in Giza. It's a web site full of mysteries and spiritual information as well as scientific facts and theories. Currently the site is out of date since our client did not provide current content. However, you can still visit the site to see how we have designed it.

Challenge 1:
To develop a multilangual site that easily switches from one language to another.
Solution 1:
We used ASP technology to automatically detect if certain page equialents exist in all languages. If a page exists in more than one language it is then displayed when a language icon is clicked. If it doesn't exist it shows a default message in user's selected language and displays site navigation. Site articles may also be uploaded in multiple languages.
Challenge 2:
To develop a customization tool for changing site theme, font sizes and site language.
Solution 2:
Through clever usage of ASP and JavaScript technologies we created a utility that makes the site more user friendly. Not only is the site offered in more than one language, but it can be viewed on white or black background, the font size can be enlarged for those who have trouble reading and splash page can be turned off if desired.
